We Are Hiring Custodial Workers and Supervisors
Type: Part-time & Full-time available
Education Requirement: High school degree or GED
Previous cleaning or janitor experience is preferred but not required. All new hires for cleaning jobs and janitor jobs undergo a highly-educational paid training.
Custodial Workers
Custodial workers are the heart of the cleaning crew. They perform a wide array of tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, cleaning windows, and operating industrial cleaning equipment. Custodial workers help keep our community organizations up and running. From ensuring that businesses are clean, organized, and ready for operation each day to maintaining a safe and healthy environment in schools for children to learn in – our team gets it done.
Supervisors
Supervisors hold more experience and expertise in the cleaning industry. They assist custodial workers with their everyday tasks and ensure that each job meets the high standards of cleanliness that Jani-Care upholds. Supervisors are also responsible for managing their team members and helping them work together in the most productive way possible. Supervisors inspect each job to ensure a top-quality clean every time.
